Since opening its doors in September 2008, the Hands on Health Interactive Center has been a special place where children can discover the world of health care and learn through play. It is the only interactive learning center that is completely dedicated to health care. The Center provides a variety of hands-on exhibits that allow children to learn how their body works and the responsibility they have to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
What is a Phlebotomist? Or how about an Anesthesiologist? The students are given opportunities to learn about these and other health care professionals while exploring the Center.
The interactive environment at Hands on Health reaches beyond school experiences, nurturing growth and development as students explore the incredible world of health care.
